Since 2019 at M4Style you can enjoy an area fully dedicated to Fitness training. We provide a good choice of courses including functional, TRX, Stretching, suitable for all age and fitness level! Private sessions also available! .Our highly experienced fitness coach is academically certified and will be more than able to suggest you the best training to suits your needs.

By Car from ROMA/strong> headind towards north; km 157 Aurelia SS1 Fonteblanda/Talamone Exit, bypassing Fonteblanda towards Talamone.By Car from GROSSETO heading towards south km 155 Aurelia SS1 Fonteblanda/Talamone Exit. After 500m turn on the right towards Talamone. After about 1 km on the left hand side you will find the entrance to the Wind Beach parking. Keep going further down the parking area and you will find our sports center!
